ECO FRIENDLY, METAL AND ROOF SAFE, MULTI-USE COIL CLEANER -Eco-Clean is a concentrated cleaner that is compliant with the EPA’s Designed for the Environment program. Manufactured for use on all HVACR coils like micro-channels, mini-splits, evaporators, condensers, electronic air filters, and more. Eco-Clean will remove grease, grime, oil, carbon soot, and countless other contaminants off of additional surfaces like floors, walls, tile, terrazzo, concrete, woodwork, enamel, porcelain, windows, metal surfaces etc.
Eco Clean is a concentrated, neutral, environmentally friendly cleaner and degreaser that’s great for HVAC evaporator and condenser coils as well as tough every day, around the home and workplace, cleaning jobs. It is also biodegradable in hard or soft water. Designed for use on things such as floors, walls, tile, terrazzo, concrete, woodwork, enamel, porcelain, windows, metal surfaces, and HVAC evaporator and condenser coils, Eco Clean easily removes grease, grime, oil, carbon soot and more while maintaining a favorable environmental profile.

Directions for Environmentally Friendly Cleaner:
For Composition, Terrazzo, Tile, and Marble Floors:
- First, add 1 to 4 ounces to each gallon of cold water.
- Mop floor with solution, then remove with squeegee or damp mop.
- Finally, rinse with clear water.
For stubborn areas use a higher concentration. Use the lower concentration for everyday maintenance.
For Wood and Concrete Floors: Add 4 ounces to each gallon of cold water. Scrub surface, then rinse clean with clear water.
For Walls, Woodwork, Porcelain, Enamel, and Metal Surfaces: Add 4 ounces to each gallon of cold water. Scrub surface, then rinse clean with clear water.
For Windows: Add 1 ounce to 1 gallon of water. Apply with a soft brush, remove with a squeegee.
For HVAC Applications: Mix one part environmentally friendly cleaner to 3 parts water. Shut system off. Apply the mixture with a low-pressure sprayer. Spray cleaning solution onto the dirty evaporator. Rinsing is not required when there is sufficient condensate to rinse it clean. Return the system to service. It can be diluted up to one part cleaner to 7 parts water for light-duty applications.
