- PVC SPRAY ’N LOCK – is an amazing evolution in bonding PVC, CPVC, DWV, ABS, and Cellular Core PVC. Completely eliminate the need for messy, two-step primers and cements and upgrade to a cleaner and easier way to permanently bond PVC material together. Pressure tested to 215 PSI, heat tested to 140°F and certified to not negatively impact potable water, PVC SPRAY ’N LOCK works in hot, cold, wet, or dry conditions. Recommended on 3” PVC and smaller.

Specially designed for contractors, professionals, or hobbyists that need a better, faster, and easier way to build and repair potable and non-potable PVC systems, PVC Spray-N-Lock makes the seemingly impossible a practical reality. Simply spray on both pipe and fittings and push together. Immediately the product goes to work, bonding the material on a molecular level. Within seconds the bond becomes permanent. No daubers or primers are required.
PVC SPRAY ’N LOCK™ comes in industry purple and professional clear. Both offer the same bonding power and application advantages, plus (to help with inspections) both will fade/dissolve any printed ink on sprayed areas.

Directions:
Read and understand all warnings and directions before use. As per use with any flammable substance, take adequate precautions during use.
- Cut the pipe square.
- Remove dirt and burrs.
- Dry fit pipe into the fitting.
- Mark pipe for alignment.
- Spray pipe and fitting.
- Insert the pipe into the fitting.
- Turn pipe 1 ⁄4 turn.
- Hold pipe for 10 seconds.
- Follow the directions for the remainder of the joints.
Product dries rapidly. Make sure PVC pipe and fitting are wet with the product on all sides before connecting. For best results, use on pipe 3” and smaller
The product works on both dry and wet PVC pipes!
NOTE: Product designed to bond SIMILAR PVC COMPONENTS; results vary if DISSIMILAR types are used. The product dries rapidly. Make sure PVC pipe and fitting are saturated with the product before connecting. For best results, use on 3” and under pipes made of matching material.
Certified not to negatively impact the potability of water, ASTM D3452-06(2017).
Colder temperatures require more time to cure.

This product contains a hydrocarbon propellant, petrochemical solvents, Methyl Ethyl Keton. Keep away from all children and untrained personnel. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, and open flames. No smoking. The container temperature should not exceed 120F. Protect from sunlight. DO NOT drop.
