SANI PAN STRIPS – are an EPA registered product proven to help control mold, mildew, sludge and slime that can cause drain line clogs. Sani Pans can help prevent dirty sock syndrome and improve indoor air quality. (IAQ) Effective for 3-6 months.
Vapco’s Sani Pan Strips have water-activated, time-released polymer technology specifically designed to control bacteria and odors in cooling units such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and dehumidifiers. When wet, the solid packaged strip will release the active ingredients, leaving only the used polymer shell to discard. When the drain pan is dry, the treatment remains dormant. Continue activating and deactivating as wet and dry conditions change. They are effective for 3-6 months depending on cooling requirements. Anti-microbial kills things such as mold, mildew, and fungus.

San-Pan Strips are a controlled release product that easily fits into most air conditioners, refrigerator drip pans, or the water tank of your dehumidifier. Because of the controlled release mechanism, Sani-Pan Strips will last up to six months (heavier than normal use may require replacement in less than six months for best results) effectively maintaining clean water and also inhibiting the foul odors caused by mildew. Do not use in heat vaporizing or atomizing type vaporizing dehumidifiers.
