PROFESSIONAL STRENGTH DETERGENT, SPECIALLY FORMULATED TO TACKLE TOUGH TASKS – A professional strength detergent, specially formulated to tackle tough tasks. X Factor literally destroys odors and the bacteria that cause them. It converts unsaturated fats and grease into cleaning agents. One 8 oz. packet makes one gallon of coil cleaner. Simply pour 1 gallon of water into the sprayer, add powder and shake. Takes about 2 minutes to dissolve, depending on water temperature.

Directions:
USE: Use X-Factor on things such as electronic air filters, evaporator coils, ventilation and exhaust systems, concrete floors, cooling towers, refrigerators, tools, etc. It can also be applied full strength without damaging metals. For general purposes spray, wipe, mop, or dip items to be cleaned.
DIRECTIONS:
Read Material Safety Data Sheet before using this product. Wear protective clothing.
- First, turn unit off and then pour 1 gallon of water into the sprayer. Apply in a well-ventilated area.
- Add contents of 1 bag of X-Factor to the sprayer next.
- Lastly, close sprayer and then, shake to dissolve (1 to 2 minutes).
FOLLOW THE APPROPRIATE PROCEDURE BELOW
Evaporator Coils: Apply to the air intake side of the coil. If possible, the fan should be operating when applying. No rinsing required.
Condenser Coil: Rinse thoroughly after applying.
Electronic Air Filters: Spray onto filter and fan and wet all areas of the plate. Rinsing is recommended when finished.

Vapors, spray, mist, or dust can cause severe irritation to the nose, throat, and lungs. This material liberates oxygen, which may intensify a fire. Keep out of reach of children. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Do not get on clothes or skin. Wear protective gloves and eye protection. General ventilation recommended. Do not mix with strong acids.
