This Dryer Drum Support Roller is what supports the rear of the drum on the dryer. When the bearing in the drum rollers are worn out, they can cause the dryer to make a loud rumbling or squeaking noise. Both rollers should be replaced at the same time. The roller does not need lubrication, the bearing is self-lubricating. This part was used on Heritage Maytag??½ dryers. Helpful Tip: Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dryer and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this part.
