This element features easy-to-install ???plug in??? style terminals and is compatible with many electric range makes and models. If your range's burner no longer heats up, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. Note that a multi-meter can be used to quickly and safely determine if a surface element is no longer functioning properly. Elements are sold separately. Installing this part will require no tools, disassembly or repair experience. Remember to unplug the range or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Recommended Items: If the range's terminals are corroded, you can replace them with the Element Receptacle and Wire Kit (item 330031).
