This Washer Neutral Drain Assembly prevents the basket from spinning during the drain cycle. It consists of several components located inside the gear case. The neutral drain pack cannot be used in direct-into-spin gear cases. Installing this part will require specialized tools, complicated disassembly of the washer and prior repair experience. We recommend that you hire a qualified technician to install this part. If installing yourself, remember to unplug the washer or shut off the house circuit breaker before beginning.
