The Dryer Idler Pulley sits between the motor and the drum of the dryer, putting tension on the drive belt. If your iddler wheen no longer rotates the drum freely or makes a squeeking sound, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. Note that you'll need to reuse the spring from the existing pulley on the new part. Replacing this part will require no disassembly or repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing.
