This Range Hood Extension Panel Kit is the perfect solution for installing a 36" hood in a 42" opening. Simply install the extension panel to each side of the hood main unit and fasten the hood extension panel to the cabinet. The kit includes (2) extension panels and (8) installation screws and must be assembled to the range hood prior to mounting the hood to the cabinet. This accessory can be used with many different dishwasher brands and models; check your model number to confirm compatibility. Installing this accessory will require basic hand tools and novice repair experience. Remember to unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this kit. You must also turn off the water supply to the dishwasher before installation.
