The Front Load Dryer Drum Support Roller supports the rear of the drum on the dryer. If your dryer is making a loud rumbling or squeaking noise, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. Note that both rollers should be replaced at the same time and the rollers do not need lubrication; the bearing is self-lubricating. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dryer and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
